We apologize for any inconvenience, but we will be closed for the summer holidays during the following period.

We have received many orders before the Obon festival, so please be careful during the business period.

Orders placed between August 5th and August 8th will be shipped after August 19th.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Summer vacation period: August 9th (Sat) to August 17th (Sun), 2025

*Due to the summer holidays, operations at the head office and Hachioji factory will be suspended.

We will respond to inquiries received during the summer holiday period as described above starting from August 18 , 2025.
