About orders Is the order ready?
What if you want to check ?
Once your order is complete, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order.
After that, we will check the stock status and shipping date and contact you again by email.
I haven't received an order confirmation email . If you do not receive an automatic reply email immediately after placing your order, it is possible that the email address you entered is incorrect.
If you enter an incorrect address, you will not receive emails from us, so please enter the name you used when ordering when contacting us .

I made a mistake in my order, can I cancel it ? Some products can be cancelled before they are shipped.

We only accept orders via our online store or by email or fax.

I would like to have it delivered to an address other than the shipping address .
If you wish to have your order sent to a different address than the one you specified when registering your account, please enter the shipping address in the "Shipping Address" field during the ordering process.
Can you issue a receipt ? For customers paying by bank transfer, the bank transfer receipt will serve as a receipt. For customers paying by cash on delivery, the delivery company's receipt (item price receipt) will serve as a receipt.
If you require a receipt for your own convenience, we can issue a separate receipt from our company.

About delivery Can I split my delivery to multiple addresses ? As a general rule, we cannot split an order into multiple shipments.
