・We accept invoice payments for orders from government agencies and educational institutions. For invoice transactions, after receiving a quote request, we will negotiate the terms of the transaction in accordance with your company's format. We also accept orders by email or fax.
Cash on delivery is available for purchases totaling 5,000 yen or more (excluding tax).
・If you wish to pay by cash on delivery for purchases under 5,000 yen, please leave the payment method as "Bank transfer" and please enter "Cash on delivery preferred" in the message field.
・In this case, please note that we will charge a shipping fee of 1,500 yen (excluding tax) + a cash on delivery fee of 300 yen (excluding tax).

- About delivery
- Our service area is nationwide. Shipping is from our own factory in Hachioji, Tokyo.
It depends on the product, but if the product is in stock, we will generally ship it on the same day or within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
Please note that we do not ship on weekends, public holidays, or during the New Year holidays.
If you would like your order to be shipped on the same day or as quickly as possible, please write this in the comments section when placing your order and we will contact you to arrange the fastest possible shipping (same-day shipping is only available for orders placed before noon).
Shipping is free for purchases totaling 10,000 yen or more (excluding tax) .
(However, additional shipping charges will be incurred for Okinawa and remote islands.)
*If the total amount is less than 10,000 yen, we charge 1,500 yen for shipping and packaging.

Shipping methods will be either Seino Transportation, Fukuyama Transportation, or Sagawa Express.
