Regarding delivery notes for direct shipments

For direct shipments (when products are shipped to a company other than the orderer) placed on our website, we have previously sent an invoice with the total amount by mail to the orderer.

Due to changes in Japan Post's delivery times, we will no longer be offering mail delivery.

Starting from October 3rd, invoices for direct shipments will be sent to customers by email.

If the orderer and delivery address are the same, we will include a delivery note with the product as usual.
